New Student Admission Site

The New Student Admission site for PKBM Nurul Jadid Tambakboyo moves a registration that used to be handled at the school's front desk into an online process prospective students can finish from home. It is built with Laravel, MySQL, and a Bootstrap interface.

The front page introduces the programmes the institution runs — equivalency education packages A, B, and C, Functional Literacy Education, and computer courses — then points visitors to a registration flow explained step by step, from the documents to prepare through to the confirmation sent after the form is submitted.

The registration form collects the student's identity, previous school, and the address as written on their family card, using closed option lists wherever the answers should be uniform so the data does not get messy at the source. Every submission is gathered into a recap report the committee can open at any time to track registration numbers and details.
