E-Raport Application

E-Raport is a grading and report-card application built with the Laravel 7.0 framework, MySQL, and the AdminLTE template. It is aimed at junior-high-level schools and PKBM institutions that carry many local-content subjects and therefore cannot use the E-Raport application issued by the Education Office.

The shape of the assessment depends on the curriculum a school follows, and this application accommodates both: KTSP 2006 and the 2013 Curriculum. User roles are separated along the lines of actual duties — admins prepare the master data, subject teachers enter marks, homeroom teachers summarise and sign off, and students view the result.

Marks do not have to be keyed in one at a time: data and scores can be uploaded in bulk through Excel import, while master data and the student mark ledger can be pulled back out to Excel for archiving. Report cards and student ID cards are produced directly as print-ready PDFs, and the whole interface is responsive so teachers can enter marks from a phone.
