School Management Information System

A school management information system that consolidates administrative work normally scattered across files and spreadsheets. One platform handles school master data, student affairs, both student and school finances, and correspondence — with access rights separated according to each staff member's role.

There are six user roles: Admin, Correspondence Admin, Finance Admin, Teacher, Counselling Teacher, and Student. Each role sees only the menus and data it is responsible for, so a teacher simply records attendance for their own class, finance staff never touch academic records, and students only see their own information.

The system has been developed incrementally since 2021 and is still being extended — growing from a simple correspondence tool into a complete school administration platform, with WhatsApp notifications to parents and an interactive in-app guide.
