Summary

  1. 01

An application for recording customers, water usage, and payments for a village water body.

  2. 02

Already running on a real installation serving more than six hundred customers since 2023.

  3. 03

Bills are assembled automatically from meter readings, the water tariff, maintenance, and administration fees.

  4. 04

Two routes available: buy a ready-to-use licence, or have it built around your village's own tariff rules.

The problem it solves

  • Meter readings are written in a book, then retyped to produce bills — the same work done twice.
  • Bills are calculated by hand, so a small discrepancy is hard to trace when a customer disputes it.
  • A single customer's payment history is scattered across many monthly ledgers.
  • Staff cannot tell who has not paid without checking every record one by one.
  • Receipts are handwritten, so they are inconsistent and easily lost.
  • Reports for committee meetings are assembled at the last minute from records that are not always complete.

The proposed solution

Staff enter only the meter reading; the bill assembles itself from the water tariff, maintenance fee, and administration fee already configured, so the result is consistent for every customer.

Settled or outstanding status is visible directly on the payment list, and each customer's history is kept whole, so an old question can be answered on the spot.

Receipts print in a consistent format with a configurable paper size, and every report exports to Excel and PDF for committee meetings.

Who uses it

  • AdminCustomer data, water tariff, fee settings, reports, and user management.
  • OfficerRecording meter readings, taking payments, and printing receipts.
