St Pamdes
A customer data and water payment application for village water management.
St Pamdes was built for village water managers (Pamdes) who used to record customers, meter readings, and payments in a notebook. The application moves that whole routine into a single web-based system built with Laravel 7.0 and MySQL.
Its monthly cycle follows what officers already do in the field: meter readings are recorded per customer, the difference in usage becomes a bill, then the payment is recorded and the receipt printed on the spot. The receipt paper size is configurable so it fits either a receipt printer or the ordinary paper the village office has at hand.
Customers can check their own bills without coming to the office, while managers follow income through transaction reports. For the initial data migration and for reporting to the village administration, data can be imported and exported as Excel files, and reports downloaded as PDF.
