St SmartPoint is a web-based point-of-sale application for grocery shops, minimarkets, and small businesses that need a checkout system that is simple yet complete. Because it runs in the browser, it can be used from any till computer on the shop network without installing extra software.
The checkout screen is built for speed: products are found by typing a name or scanning an SKU, subtotals and change are calculated as you go, and the whole flow can be driven from the keyboard without touching a mouse. A single product can be sold in different units — a pack or a carton, for example — with stock still counted correctly.
The admin side handles master data, records supplier purchases that automatically increase stock, and produces daily, per-product, and per-cashier sales reports that export to Excel. The dashboard shows the sales trend, best-selling products, and low-stock warnings.
